Set Poll Intervals

You can configure the schedule used by the ReportCenter Collection Agent to gather data from your PacketShapers. By default collection activity occurs once per hour for each hour of the day. Polling intervals are configured using the Collection Agent Properties dialog in the ReportCenter Administrator Console.

  1. Click Define > Collection Agents... The Collection Agent Properties dialog appears.
  2. Click the Polling Times tab. The list of currently configured polling times is displayed.




  3. To make changes to the polling times click Modify; a popup dialog appears.



  4. Use Add to create an additional polling time entry, Edit to change an existing entry, or Delete to remove an entry.
  5. Click OK to save your changes or Cancel to quit.
  6. Click OK again to close the Collection Agent Properties dialog.
