Customer Portal Tasks

The customer portal feature offers service providers the ability to design custom network and application status pages that can be viewed by their customers. This section includes tasks for creating a login page, designing portal content, and creating customer portal accounts. For more information, see the Customer Portal Overview.

Note: The customer portal feature is not available on the PacketShaper 1200 or 1400 Lite models.
