Clear a PolicyCenter Configuration

Clearing a PolicyCenter configuration removes all locally defined classes from that configuration's traffic tree, and resets all sharable settings that were altered from their default values. Clearing a configuration does not remove classes or settings the configuration inherits from its parent; any inherited values will still appear in the configuration after it has been cleared.

To clear a configuration:

1. Click the clear button on the upper toolbar. The PolicyCenter configurations options will open.  show screen
   
   
2. Click the Clear Configuration drop-down list and select the configuration you wish to clear.
   
   
3. Click clear. The pop-up window will appear, asking you to confirm that you want to clear the selected configuration.
   
   
4. Click OK.
