Easy Configure Tasks

The Easy Configure feature offers a unique approach to bandwidth management in new PacketShaper units. Instead of creating policies and partitions yourself, you let Easy Configure do it for you. Your task is to assign your applications and services to categories (such as Mission Critical or Prohibited), and then Easy Configure automatically creates appropriate partitions and policies. You can enable Easy Configure during Guided Setup or in the browser user interface. For more information, see the Easy Configure Overview.
