Check Memory

In order to use the Xpress feature, your PacketShaper must conform to the memory requirements listed below.

To check your installed memory:

1. In the browser interface, click the info tab.

2. Click the more button. A new window opens.

3. Look at the value next to Memory.

4. Make sure it is equal to or greater than the value listed in the chart above.

If you don't have sufficient memory, you can purchase a Packeteer Memory Upgrade Kit and install the additional memory.
